Swiss Family Chalet

waltonwagner were appointed as Client Representative for the extension and remodelling of an existing 12,000 sq ft chalet located in Gstaad, Switzerland.

The project involved extensive excavation into the mountain, the creation of a new underground garage and accommodation above, external terraces, and landscaping. Timber flooring, stone and marble flooring, an exquisite master bathroom featuring onyx and marble, and fine cabinetry and joinery were all locally sourced and crafted.

waltonwagner coordinated the professional team and local contracting team, liaised with the canton and committee, and acted as the client in project meetings and design management. waltonwagner were retained for phases 2 and 3 to further extend and modify the home.
