Mayfair Duplex Apartment

waltonwagner were appointed as Client Representative and Project Manager for the reconfiguration of a duplex Mayfair apartment, spanning 2,400 sq ft, with an outside terrace of 350 sq ft.

The project involved a total reconfiguration of the upper level to create a master suite, with his and her dressing rooms and bathrooms. Timber and marble flooring were installed throughout, alongside bespoke joinery, a new kitchen, and new bathrooms. Additionally, a mini grand piano was installed in the reception room.
