Listed Chelsea Family Home

waltonwagner were appointed as Client Representative and Project Manager to fully upgrade this Grade II* listed family home. The 7,160 sq ft home, which has been in the same family for over 30 years, was preserved to maintain the heritage of the building while making improvements to meet the needs of a modern-day private family.

waltonwagner have also been retained to manage the property on behalf of the family and recently completed a Phase 2 fit-out. The recreation of the original landscape features was also completed.
