waltonwagner were appointed as project manager and client representative for the remodelling and refurbishment of this 16,200 sq ft. grade II listed family home. Situated in the heart of Belgravia on the Grosvenor Estate, planning was successfully obtained for the change of use from commercial back to residential.

Internal demolitions and reconfiguration, basement excavation, and the creation of a new garage and outside terrace were carried out, while protecting and enhancing the listed elements internally.

Fully upgraded services and internal BMS and AV, fine timber flooring marquetry and specialist plaster mouldings in principal rooms. Onyx, marble and fine joinery and cabinetry throughout. WW are retained to assist with further works and enhancements as required since completion.
