Following a pre-acquisition audit and survey of a multi-unit residential building in St James' with a GIA of 22,000 sq ft over nine floors.

waltonwagner were appointed as Client Representative to oversee the removal and replacement of non-compliant façade cladding and internal firestopping, as well as the refurbishment of the internal common parts and central plant.


Having identified significant defects in the building prior to purchase, the client was able to significantly reduce the purchase price and have a building delivered fully compliant with the new Building Safety Act.
