Nick Wood

Nick’s journey in property began as an Assistant Building Surveyor at Paragon Building Consultancy, where he built a strong foundation in commercial construction, the wider property industry, and project management.

After heading back to university to complete his degree, Nick has returned to the industry with fresh energy and enthusiasm. He’s now continuing his APC training, working toward becoming a RICS Chartered Surveyor.

In his new role, Nick supports the delivery of high-end residential and mixed-use projects through planning, design coordination, and project management.
